Reviews - let your customers rate your products

After you have activated the "Reviews" tool, it can be found in two places. In the item's global settings and where you edit an item.





With this tool, your visitors can write reviews and rate your products with 1-5 stars.

All reviews must be confirmed via email before they appear in the webshop. A link is sent to the customer, which he/she must click to activate a new review.

As a shop owner, you will receive an email notification every time a new review is published.

Should you wish to delete a review, you can do so by going to the item in the administration and looking under "Advanced".

If you want to change the colour of the ratings (stars, bars and frame), you can do so via Design editing.
