Remove formatting (different fonts, text sizes, indentation, etc.)
Formatting in Word editing can be tricky. It's often a good idea to remove some - or all - of the formatting.
If you want to remove font, text colour or size or any other form of formatting, try these two options.
Partial - select the text you want to "clean".
Complete - this button removes all formatting throughout the text.
