Change of order


There are a few options to change a placed order before you process it.

Prerequisites

  • The order is made WITHOUT the use of a discount code
  • If the order uses online payment (debit card, MobilePay, ViaBill etc.) the payment must be completed
  • The order has not been dispatched/collected yet

This can be changed

  • Number of items
  • Price per item
  • Price for shipping
  • Buyer information
  • Delivery method
  • Delivery address

This can NOT be changed

  • Change or add items
  • VAT rate
  • Discount amount (reduce the price of the item instead)
  • If online payment is used, the price cannot be increased to more than the original amount

Create a correct order for the customer

If there are problems with an order that you cannot change in the administration, you can create a new (and correct) order on behalf of your customer. To do this, press the function button and select "Copy order".



This will create a new order and give you the option to send a payment link to the customer.
