Selling virtual products (files)

It's possible to sell virtual products in your online shop such as recipes, e-books, videos and more.

All you need to do is activate the "File sale" option, which you can find via the search.

The option will then be available where you edit your item. Add a file to enable file sales.



Once you have added a file to an item, if the item is purchased with online payment, it will automatically be sent to the customer as soon as the order is completed.

For the file to be sold, these conditions must also be met:

- There must be ONLY file items on the order
- "Pickup" cannot be used as a delivery method
- Payment must be made using online payment methods such as card payment or MobilePay
