Provide the expected delivery time per item
It is possible to set an expected delivery time or an "Expected back in stock" date for a product. This information is configured by editing the product's stock settings.
Information is displayed by default only on the product page.
If you want to display this information in the cart and/or on the customer's order confirmation, it can be configured here (see guides below).
Show delivery time/stock date in the cart
1. Go to "Products"2. Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen
3. In the new window, click "Stock" at the top
4. At the bottom of the window, change the setting "Show delivery text/date in the cart when the product is out of stock"
This will display the delivery text or expected stock date in the cart when the product is out of stock.
Show delivery time/stock date on order confirmations and invoices
1. Go to "Appearance » Invoice / Order confirmation"2. On the right side, change the setting "Delivery time at the bottom of each line item"
