How much should shipping cost for my customers?

It can be difficult to settle on a shipping price when starting a webshop. So here are a few tips:

Should the customer pay exactly the same as I (the sender) pay for postage?
NO. It is quite impossible to manage, leads to a lot of uneven prices, and costs a lot of time for administration.

We recommend using a few simple shipping prices. For example, three different prices for small, medium, and large packages. These amounts can be based on the total value of the order or the total weight of the order.

But then there are some customers who pay too little, and others pay too much?
Yes - and that is quite normal :-)
