Shipmondo Returns Portal

It is possible to get a free return portal from Shipmondo.

All you need to do is have a Shipmondo account and activate "Shipmondo Order Management" in ideal.shop.

With such a returns portal, you can organise your returns and your customers can easily buy/get postage for their return shipments.

How it works

The returns portal is a website that your customers can use when they want to return an item. You can link to the returns portal from your own webshop, for example in your terms and conditions or directly from your bottom menu. You can also send the link to your customers via email when relevant.

Customers need to enter their order number and their email address, and then they can choose which items they want to return.

You can decide whether the customer should pay for their own return postage or if you want to pay for it.

How to get started

1. Log in to your Shipmondo account. Go to "Settings » Return Portal".
2. Press the plus button at the bottom right of the screen and set up your return portal
3. Make sure you have activated "Shipmondo Order Management" in ideal.shop
4. TEST! Make a test order in your webshop, check that it is transferred to Shipmondo and then make a return via your returns portal
