Create your own order statuses


It is possible to create custom order statuses if you are missing a status among the predefined options.

For example, it is possible to create a status called "Backorder" or "Delayed".

To do this, go to the order overview, click on the cogwheel in the top right corner and then "Status".

Here you can name up to 5 additional order statuses.

Note that you need to do two things after naming a new order status:

  • Enable the display of the new order status on your order overview. This is done via the filter option at the top right of the order overview.

  • Edit the default message to the customer. This is done under "Settings » Email » Messages"
