Information (clearly) about shipping costs
According to the Danish Marketing Practices Act, an online shop must clearly state the price of a product (including VAT, shipping and other unavoidable costs) the first time the product is displayed on the website with a price.
This means that EVERY SINGLE time you display a price for an item, you must clearly state the shipping costs - if shipping costs will be added.
It is not possible to avoid this requirement by offering free shipping if there is an order size requirement. If you offer free shipping on purchases of more than 500 DKK, the disclosure requirement will still apply to all items that cost less than 500 DKK.
If, on the other hand, you offer free shipping on all items, it is of course not a requirement to disclose shipping costs.
At the time of writing, it is unclear/uncertain and untested whether "Free collection" plays a role in this requirement. For example, if you offer free pick-up in several locations in the country, so it can be argued that all customers have the opportunity to take advantage of the option, then you can probably not disclose "unavoidable shipping costs". If, on the other hand, you offer free pick-up in one location in Denmark, it is more uncertain whether you can use it in this context.

3. Select the sub-item "Freight costs for item prices"
4. Activate the info link and fill in the text that the customer should see when they click on the link
