Name on bank statement

When customers use a payment card to buy something in your online shop, it's usually your domain name or company name that appears on the transaction (bank account).

If you want to change the name on the customer's bank statement, you need to do this with your payment gateway or acquirer.

Clearhaus
If you use Clearhaus, contact them to change your descriptor.

Please note that you can create a login for your Clearhaus account by going to "Settings > Payment Methods" in the ideal.shop administration. However, you cannot change your descriptor yourself at Clearhaus, it can only be done by contacting them.

Nets (through QuickPay)
If you use Nets, your company name (stored with QuickPay) is used for text on transactions. You can change the company name by logging in to QuickPay and going to "Settings > Account".

In some cases, the company name stored with Nets is used. In this case, contact Nets and ask them to change your company name.
