Set external DNS to point to your online shop

It is possible to use an external DNS for your domain(s) so that they point to your online shop.

However, we always recommend using our DNS - it's free and means we can handle the technical side of things (incl. email management)

If you still want to use an external DNS service on your own, please do the following:

- Create an A-record that points the root domain to your IP address (found in the administration)

- Create a CNAME record pointing the www subdomain to the root domain OR create another A-record pointing the www subdomain to your IP address

The IP address can be found in your administration under "Settings > Domains".
