Zettle integration


With this integration, you can synchronise your stock numbers between your webshop and Zettle.

To get started, you need an existing Zettle account. If you don't, sign up with Zettle first.

Once the integration is set up, you will see new buttons in the webshop administration. Among other things, you can transfer all stock figures from your online shop to Zettle and vice versa.

Transferring items from your online shop to Zettle

Transferring items is limited to items that have either item number, EAN (barcode) or SKU information in your item catalogue. If you haven't added at least one of these pieces of information to your items, you should do so before trying to transfer to Zettle.

When the transfer to Zettle is initiated, items with matching item number, EAN, SKU or barcode will be updated. This means that existing items in Zettle that can be linked to an item in your online shop will get an updated name, price, stock number, image etc. from your online shop.

The items in the webshop that cannot be linked to an item in Zettle will be created as new items in Zettle.

The following types of special items are not currently being transferred:
- subscription items
- combination items

Transfer of stock figures

It is necessary that your items in both your online shop and Zettle have associated IDs that make it possible to link them to each other. The following fields can be used to link an item across the two platforms.

  • Item number
  • EAN
  • SKU
  • Barcode
For example, if you have entered barcode 12345678 in Zettle and item number 12345678 in the webshop, the two items will be linked to each other. And their stock numbers will be synchronised when there are changes (for example, when there are sales).
