Customer club / loyalty club, points and bonus systems
Points and rewards clubs, customer clubs and the like are advanced features that are very difficult to develop in a format that can be used for multiple webshops.
Often the requirements for a loyalty club are very specific and aimed at the individual webshop and its customer base.
Currently, there is one option for creating a customer club in your online shop:
Customer club with subscription
It is possible to create a customer club (a subscription item) that you pay X DKK to be a member of. As long as your customer pays an ongoing subscription, they will be part of a customer group in the system. And you can give that customer group access to unique prices on your products.
This means that you make use of two functions in the system: subscription items and customer groups. Contact us for help setting this up.
There is no option for automatic points or bonus schemes in the webshop
If you want to give your customers some kind of bonus or points for purchases in your online shop, it must be done via API or manually.
