Text editing is a pain in the arse
Many organisations use a Word-like editor like this one (below). It allows you to format the text in many different ways, including the use of bold, different fonts, links, images and much more.

With the many options, comes many opportunities for problems. Text editing, as you may know it from Word, can be tricky.
Especially when you try to do more advanced things like text/image alignment, tables and multiple fonts at the same time, there's a risk that the tool won't be able to keep up.
There's no magic solution to avoid problems with the editor. But here are a few tips to make your life easier.
- Don't copy texts with formatting from other sources(how to copy texts WITHOUT formatting)
- Remove unnecessary or unwanted formatting from your existing texts(how to remove formatting)
- Don't insert images in the text editor - instead, use a page section or the product's photo gallery to insert the image
- Remember that the text must be viewable on both large and small screens. You can't expect a line break to always occur in the same place in the text. Avoid using a lot of consecutive spaces.
