Deposit / packaging fee on goods

If you want to charge a deposit or extra fee for packaging on selected items, you can do so by using the "Optional" function.

First, create an item for the deposit, for example with the name "Deposit" and a price of 1 DKK.

Then you create an option on your item, for example "Soda". The option is created so that the customer MUST purchase the deposit item.

Finally, you can hide the deposit/packaging item via the "Item visibility" option. This way, the item does not interfere with your online shop's item lists or search field.
