Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Product and Definitions
ideal.shop offers an internet-based service (hosted website/webshop) aimed at businesses. With the service, businesses can manage a website where they can trade with their own (end) customers. This service is hereafter referred to as the website.
The purchaser of the ideal.shop service (the website) is hereafter referred to as the customer.
These terms of service relate to the relationship between ideal.shop and ideal.shop's customers.
It is the customers' own responsibility to inform their own customers of the terms of service on the website.
Changes to the Product
ideal.shop reserves the right to change, add, and remove options and elements from the product if it is deemed to improve the solution. This means, for example, that the design of a website may be changed/customised over time to follow trends and technological developments, as well as to support new forms of consumer electronics where the website should be usable. Furthermore, ideal.shop may update text templates for, for example, cookie, sales, and delivery terms if it is judged to positively impact the individual website (for example, to comply with applicable and new rules and legislation).
Content Requirements
With few exceptions, all types of content that are deemed legal under current Danish law are permitted.
The following exceptions apply.
Pornographic material - while it is permitted to operate a website regarding the sale of pornographic material or consultations/education regarding sexuality, it is NOT permitted to add pornographic material to the ideal.shop platform. This includes sharing the following (but not limited to): uncensored images/videos of sexual or pornographic material, images of packaging showing nudity, fictional or drawn/animated images and videos with pornographic material, texts that can be described as being of pornographic nature.
Offensive material - it is not permitted to add material to ideal.shop that is judged to be highly offensive or morally questionable.
Prices
It is free to create an ideal.shop website. As a free customer, one can use the entire ideal.shop website service with few exceptions. It is not possible to place an order on the website until a subscription is established. It is not allowed to use ideal.shop's free demo period to run an active/public website.

All prices on the ideal.shop website and other materials are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated.
The prices for ideal.shop's ongoing services may be adjusted once a year based on changes in the market as well as in the net price index published by Statistics Denmark, with October being the basis. Adjustments take effect on 1 January of the following year. Adjustments will be announced at least one month in advance via email to the website owner.
Certain features may incur additional costs if one exceeds the allowed consumption. Each subscription has a fixed limit (for example, the number of API calls that may be made in a defined time period). If the limit is exceeded, a fee for overuse will be automatically imposed. The customer will be notified before and/or after the limit is reached, unless the customer has opted out of such notifications.
Payment
To activate a website, the customer must connect a payment card to their account.
The amount due is invoiced at the beginning of each month based on the previous month's consumption.
The customer always has the option to delete and/or change the card associated with their account. This can be done via the customer's login under the account shortcut in the left menu.
All payments are handled externally by Quickpay, Clearhaus, Worldline, and NETS through secure and certified channels. The following payment cards can be used: Dankort, Visa card, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. No sensitive payment card information is stored with ideal.shop.
For all forms of payment, an email receipt is sent to the customer's email address, and an invoice is made available for download via the customer's login.
24-Month Right of Complaint
ideal.shop strives to provide a stable and secure service. Customer satisfaction is our security for future business. If the customer is dissatisfied with the provided service, ideal.shop can be contacted to investigate any issues and errors. If it is deemed that the provided service does not meet the product description, the customer may either receive a refund relative to the subscription cost for the affected period or have their current subscription extended at no charge. The customer must complain within 2 months after identifying the error or defect.
Termination/Closure
It is always possible to stop a subscription and/or close an account. This can be done via the customer's login by going to the account shortcut at the bottom of the left menu. In both cases, any outstanding amount must be paid to ideal.shop at the next month transition.
It is not possible to transfer or withdraw excess subscription days or positive balance.
Upon termination of the subscription, ideal shop ApS may choose to delete a customer's website and any associated uploaded/generated material (data and files, etc.). Before any form of deletion, the customer will be informed of this at least one month in advance.
ideal shop ApS reserves the right to terminate a customer’s subscription or shut down a website with immediate effect if it is deemed that the customer’s website is using an unreasonable amount of resources, if the website poses a threat to the stable operation of other websites, or if there is suspicion of any form of abuse or illegality. In such instances, ideal shop ApS will, as far as possible, first attempt to find a solution that does not lead to downtime for the customer’s website.
ideal shop ApS reserves the right to terminate a customer’s subscription or shut down a website with immediate effect if it is deemed that the customer’s website is operating in violation of applicable legislation.
Complaint Possibility with Tryghedsmærket
You can file a complaint via Tryghedsmærket and attempt to resolve the issue in collaboration with the website and Tryghedsmærket before complaining using the above options.

Data Processing Agreement (Protection of Personal Data)
Upon entering into an agreement between ideal.shop and the customer, and through acceptance of these terms of service, the attached data processing agreement is also accepted.
The agreement contains frameworks and obligations for especially ideal.shop towards the customer regarding the security and processing of sensitive personal information.

The Data Processing Agreement defines among other things:
The following information is collected from the customer: Name, address, phone number, email address. If the customer runs a business, we also ask for: CVR number and company name.
If the customer wishes assistance in setting up card payments through a payment intermediary such as Worldline, Quickpay, Clearhaus or NETS, ideal.shop will pass on the necessary business and personal information to the current payment intermediary.
Personal data is registered with ideal shop ApS and stored for up to five years after the customer ends their subscription and closes their website, after which the information is deleted.
The data controller at www.ideal.shop is Martin Bay Pedersen.
As registered with ideal shop ApS, the customer always has the right to send objections against the registration. The customer also has the right to insight into what information has been registered about them. These rights are available to the customer under the Data Protection Act. Reservation for Changes
ideal.shop reserves the right to continually change and update the applicable rules and conditions. If changes have consequences for the customer's use of, or price for, the platform, efforts will be made to notify the change in a timely manner to the customer.
